DArT’s office and laboratory will close for the Christmas/New Year period from midday Wednesday, 24 December 2025, and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.

Sample Shipments

If you need samples to reach us before the break, please ensure they are sent early. Any items delivered while we are closed may deteriorate before processing. Please also be aware that the holiday season and Australian Quarantine procedures may cause delivery delays.

For Australian customers – We advise sending samples by 15 December by regular post, or 19 December by Express post.

Australian customers
• Regular post: send by 15 December 2025
• Express Post: send by 19 December 2025

International customers
• To account for quarantine clearance and seasonal delays, please courier samples to arrive on or before Wednesday, 8 December 2025.
• Confirm delivery time frames with your preferred courier, as these may vary during the holiday period.
