DArT office closure

Our last working day will be Friday, 23 December 2022 and our office will be closed from Saturday, 24 December 2022 reopening on Tuesday, 3 January 2023. During this time we will be unable to accept sample deliveries. 

If you are shipping samples in December, we strongly recommend you check with your courier provider to ensure we receive delivery before Thursday, 22 December 2022.

International sample shipments cut-off dates

Last date to send samples: We recommend sending before Wednesday, 7 December 2022

Last date DArT can receive samples: Thursday, 22 December 2022

Due to Australian Quarantine processes, the busy holiday period, and to ensure we receive your samples before our office closure we recommend sample shipments from outside Australia are couriered to us on or before Wednesday, 7 December 2022. However, please check with your courier for delivery timeframes during the holiday period.

Domestic sample shipments cut-off date

Last date to send samples: Please check with your courier. 

Last date DArT can receive samples: Thursday, 22 December 2022

Please note, if you send samples after the cut-off date, we may not receive them before our office closure and your samples may be returned. If you cannot send samples before the cut-off date, you can place your order as normal and send your samples to us after Wednesday, 28 December 2022.
