I'm working as Senior Scientific Associate in Applied Genomic Laboratory, Global Theme - Biotechnology, ICRISAT, since year 2000. I'm trained in basic molecular biology techniques such as DNA extraction, restriction digestion, PCR, agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, capillary lectrophoresis using ABI3100 and ABI3700 genetic analysers, SSR genotyping and involved in development of EST libraries and molecular markers for chickpea. I've been working in ICRISAT since 1981 in various field experiments.
