We provide a cost-effective genotyping service "from DNA to data" at a few cents per data point. Clients send us DNA samples in 96-well microtiter plates. We profile the samples using the DArT array(s) available for the organisms and provide the data back to the client who owns the data, without any reach-through intellectual-property rights attached.
We are also developing the expertise and the necessary software tools to provide support in downstream data analysis to our clients. You may be interested in contacting us for our future "DNA to knowledge" service.
A comprehensive collection of DArT markers that are polymorphic for most of the world's germplasm has been assembled: over 1,500 markers for barley and 3,000 for wheat. A "DNA to data" genotyping service for wheat, barley, Triticale, Rye and Agropyrum is delivered through our subsidiary Triticarte Pty Ltd. Please contact Triticarte if you are interested in this service.
Organisms listed below are in various stages of development ranging from testing of complexity-reduction methods through to genotyping services being available. If you can not find organism of your interest on the list, please express your interest using this form (include botanical names of the species). We will reply as soon as we can.
